- Drop sendccp. If client sends a CCP request for compression just NAK it.

- Drop sendccp.  If client sends a CCP request for compression just NAK it.
- Don't copy the old buffer into Config{Nak,Rej} LCP responses (oops);
  add length checks when appending.
- Have makeppp print a backtrace on overflow.
